3/27/17 – 4/3/17 Planned HVAC Contractor Work – Various Zone A Buildings

Building Occupants,

From March 27 – April 3, 2017, our contractor Mckinstry will be working in the buildings identified on the map below (highlighted in purple).  The impact on building occupants will be minimal.  Intermittent brief shutdowns of individual HVAC equipment is to be expected while technicians confirm functions and test units.  This is part of the CPFM Facilities Services routine maintenance program.  This notice is to inform you of their presence in the buildings.

Mar 27-31, 2017: Huestis Hall 3rd Floor Window Replacement

Building Occupants,

During Spring Break March 27 – 31, 2017, windows are scheduled to be replaced in Huestis 306 as part of Lab Renovations.

Schedule:

  • March 27 from 7:30 am – 12:00 pm (noon) Contractors will utilize a lift at the south end of the building to lift the new windows to the 3rd Floor. There will be portions of the sidewalk along East 13th St that will be closed during this activity.
  • March 27 – 31, 2017 Windows will be replaced in Lab 306 from the inside. Sidewalks to the east of the building will be restricted (see diagram).
