Scope:  Culver Glass will remove and replace a broken window in the 4th floor hallway.

Services Impacted:  Expect congestion in the hallway and noise in surrounding areas.

Scope:  Window blinds will be replaced in rooms 305A and 305D.  Work has already been coordinated with the occupants.

Services Impacted:  Contractors will be working in 305A and 305D.

12/11/23 – 12/22/23 Erb Memorial Union NW Entrance Access and Window Replacement Advisory

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Erb Memorial Union – NW entrance at base of the amphitheater

Scope: Windows at the Erb Memorial Union’s McMillan Gallery will be replaced during winter break.

Services Impacted:

  • The work will include barricades within the gallery space and a boom lift with fencing at the ground level entry ways.
  • Entries will be blocked as the boom lift moves from north to south replacing windows overhead.
  • Access point to remain open public.  See pics below.

10/02/23 Columbia Hall South Entryway Glass Replacement

Scope:  Culver Glass is scheduled to replace the large broken window at the south entryway.

Services Impacted:  This will affect access to the south entry and sidewalk.

Special Instructions:  Please plan on using a different building entrance.

2/24/23 and 3/9/23 Lillis Glass Repair to North and South Atrium Entrances

UPDATE 3/2/23:
The glass for the south entrance is scheduled to be installed on Thursday, March 9.  The entrance point will be maintained during this time.

 

UPDATE 2/23/23:
The glass arrival has been delayed.  Installation will be attempted again tomorrow.

8/31/22 McKenzie Hall Suite 275 Entrance Access Advisory

Scope:  A subcontractor for Facilities Services will be replacing interior glass panels at the entrance to suite 275.  Access into the suite through the main entrance may be limited at the time of glass replacement.

Services Impacted:  Little to no other impacts to building users are expected.

Scope:  A Facilities Services contractor will be installing door blinds on office doors throughout the HEDCO 130 suite this Wednesday, 9/29, from 9:30 to 11:30.

Services Impacted:  Individuals occupying the offices will experience minor noise and privacy interruption during this time.
