Campus Buildings AMAG Door Schedule Advisory 9/9/21

In preparation for Fall reopening, we’d like to let you know that FASS IT is currently in the process of adjusting building schedules for AMAG (prox card) access to campus E&G buildings. You may already be aware of the parameters that are being used, but if not, note that AMAG-controlled doors will be unlocked at 7:30 AM and locked at 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday. If you would like your building unlocked later or locked earlier than that and you are authorized to request such changes, please submit a request to FASS IT via email to fass@uoregon.edu and we’ll get it taken care of.

Requests for building unlocks outside of the above parameters will require UOPD Security approval. Please submit a FASS IT ticket as usual and FASS IT will handle obtaining approval from the appropriate folks.

If you have already requested a schedule change, no need to re-submit, we’re on it.

Note that the above does not impact doors that are locked with a hard key. For changes to those schedules, please submit a Call Log request.

Thanks and please let us know if you have any questions.
