8/26 & 9/9: CPFM Administration Building #136 Exterior Roof Work

Building Occupants,

For the next two weekends, August 26 – 27, 2017 and September 9 – 10, 2017, CPFM Facilities Services will be applying a sealer coating on the roof of the CPFM Administration Building #136.

Please remember to close your windows before leaving on Friday.

Informational Notice Regarding Pacific Hall Roofing and Painting Projects

Building Occupants,

There will be roof work on Pacific Hall starting August 28, 2017, and ending on September 1, 2017. Users may experience strong odors during this time, especially through open windows.

From August 24, 2017, through September 6, 2017, there will also be painting occurring within the construction zone on the Basement, 1st, & 2nd floors. Andersen Construction will be containing this work area and exhausting directly out of the building, but users may experience some residual odors.

8/5, 8/6, 8/12, 8/13: CPFM Quonset Bldg 136 Exterior Work

Building Occupants,

For the next two weekends, 8/5, 8/6, 8/12, and 8/13, CPFM’s Facility Services will be applying a sealer coating on the roof of the CPFM Administration Building #136.

Also scheduled during this time, between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm, the exterior of this building will be pressure washed and painted.

May-Summer 2017: PLC Painting & Radiator Work in Basement to 3rd Floor

Building Occupants,

Starting at the end of May, maintenance staff will be painting all hallways and performing work on hallway radiators in PLC.  They will begin on the ground/basement level and hope to reach the 3rd floor by the end of summer.

You can expect to see painting tarps, ladders, work carts, paint cans, paint trays, etc.  Please be mindful of the work spaces as you pass by them.  Areas containing wet paint will be posted.  You can also expect mild noise as the crews remove and replace radiator covers and possibly drill out stubborn screws.
