7/25/22 – 1715 Franklin Dumpster Enclosure Advisory

Dear 1715 Franklin Building Occupants,

Recently, the dumpster enclosure at 1715 Franklin has become very filthy.  This area has now been picked up and power washed.  This enclosure is shared with the business next door, Wild Goat, and they are partnering with us to help keep this area clean.

The gates adjacent to Wild Goat’s parking lot will be re-installed and then locked on the outside.

CHANGES: Effective Tuesday, July 26th, the entrance to the enclosure from 1715 Franklin’s courtyard will require a key to enter the enclosure and also to enter back in the courtyard.  The key will be the same as what is currently used to enter back into the courtyard from the enclosure, as well as the gate to get to the bicycle parking.

Please do not prop the gate open at any time.

Please do your part to help keep the enclosure clean:

  • Do not put beverage containers that have a deposit amount on them in the dumpsters
  • Do not throw loose trash in the dumpster, please bag all garbage
  • Always close the lids to the trash and/or recycle bins

All of this will help keep people from rummaging through the bins, as well as help keep pests/rodents from the building.

We appreciate you all in helping to keep this area clean.

Best,

Melinda
