7/24/24 – 8/14/24 Riverfront Parkway Urban Farm Riverside Work and Large Vehicle Traffic Advisory

Begin:  Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 7:00 am

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Riverfront Parkway area

Scope:  Delta Construction will begin work to install a water line at the Urban Farm Riverside location this week. All work will be on the site north of the railroad tracks and east of Riverfront Parkway, but dump trucks will run at times from Franklin Blvd., under the railroad bridge to the site. – see diagram below

Services Impacted:  Riverfront Parkway from Franklin Blvd,, underneath the railroad tracks to the job site, will see occasional construction traffic.

5/9/24 Columbia Hall and Pacific Hall Irrigation Water Line Repair Advisory

Begin:  Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 7:30 am

End:      Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 8:30 am

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  North Side of Columbia Hall and South Side of Pacific Hall

Scope:  The irrigation water line between Pacific and Columbia will be repaired using the CPFM Vac Truck.

Services Impacted: The sidewalk between the north entrance of Columbia and the south entrance of Pacific, as well as both, entrances, will be inaccessible during this time and noise should be expected.

3/25/24 – 3/28/24 Fine Arts A, B, C, Woodshop, and Urban Farm Domestic and Irrigation Water Shutdown

UPDATE 3/28/24:
This work is complete, and the water is back online to all buildings.

 

UPDATE:

  • The building water shutdown will extend to end of day tomorrow, March 28th.   CPFM has additional work to perform tomorrow to repair a leaking water line.
  • Irrigation water will be back on end of day today as planned.

End: Wednesday, March 27  Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 6:00 pm

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected: Fine Arts A, Fine Arts B, Fine Arts C, Woodshop, and Urban Farm

Scope: In order to reconfigure underground water piping, building water and irrigation water will be shutdown. Work will include the use of vacuum excavation equipment.

Services Impacted:

  • Work to be performed during Spring Break in order not to impact classes.
  • Domestic water and irrigation water will be offline during this time.
  • Systems will come back online as soon as possible.

7/25/23 Lot 2 Irrigation Leak Repair Advisory

Begin:  Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 8:00 am

End:      Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 3:00 pm

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Lot 2 (south of CPFM Warehouse) Spaces 48 and 87

Scope:  To vac up and then delete a lateral irrigation line that is currently leaking under the asphalt in the parking lot, the vac truck will need to utilize two parking spaces.

Services Impacted:  Slots 48 and 87 will be unavailable during this time.

Millrace Parking Garage Main Water Line Shutdown 8/23/21

Begin:  Monday, August 23rd, 2021 at 9:00 am

Scope:  EWEB will be working on the main water line.

Services Impacted:  This will only affect the fire sprinkler system and irrigation.

6/22/17: Prince Lucien Campbell Water Shutdown

Building Occupants,

On Thursday, June 22nd, from 7:30 am until 12:00 pm noon, water will be shut off for the entire building of Prince Lucien Campbell (PLC).

The shutoff valve that feeds the outside irrigation system will be replaced.  This will affect drinking water, restrooms, and outside irrigation.

Work will be performed by CPFM’s Facilities Services.
