Work has been completed and service has been restored.

 

Begin:  Monday, April 1, 2024 – effective immediately

End:      Unknown  Tuesday, April 2, 2024 – end of day

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Lokey Education Building 007 – Rooms 124A-B, 127, 128

Scope:  AHU-1 is down for emergency repairs.  A notice will be sent when service has been restored.  The current ETA is approximately one to two days.

Services Impacted:  This will affect heating and cooling in the rooms listed.

Scope:  AHU preventative maintenance work is scheduled to be performed, over the course of the month, for the buildings listed above.

Services Impacted:  No services are expected to be impacted.

4/12/24 – 9/27/24 Pacific Hall Room #013 Room Construction Activity

UPDATE #1:
Monday, June 24, 2024, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Due to the remodel, compressed air and lab vacuum lines will be temporarily shut down in rooms 9 and 10.

UPDATE #2:
Monday, June 24, 2024, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Due to the remodel, the tempered water and reverse osmosis water will be temporarily shut down in rooms 1 – 30 in the basement.

UPDATE #3:
Wednesday, June 26, 2024, 7:00 am – Friday, June 28, 2024, 4:00 pm
As part of the remodel, a contractor will be painting room 13.  A low VOC paint will be used but paint odor can be expected throughout the basement during this time.

 

Begin:  Friday, April 12, 2024, at 7:00 am

End:      Friday, September 27, 2024, at 4:00 pm

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Pacific Hall room #013

Scope:  A conference room will be converted into a research lab.

Services Impacted:  Construction activity and noise can be expected during this time.  This will also affect parking and the loading dock.
