UPDATE 10/17/23:
Repairs are complete and service has been restored.

 

UPDATE 10/12/23:
The parts have finally arrived and the install is scheduled for Tuesday, October 17^th.  It is expected to take a day or two to complete the repairs.

 

UPDATE 8/17/23:
Parts are now expected to arrive around the week of September 18^th.

 

UPDATE 8/10/23:
The completion date for repairs to the heat exchanger was delayed until parts arrived.  The current end date for this shutdown is now expected to be this Friday afternoon or the following Monday, August 14^th.

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Cascade Hall

Scope:  The heat exchanger will be shut down for repair work.

Services Impacted:  No heat will be available during this time.

Scope:  The second floor will be without supply air while we rebuild equipment and perform maintenance.

Services Impacted:  The HVAC air supply will be offline during this time.

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Huestis Hall Basement

Scope:  Shutdown of AHU 1 and 2 serving the basement will be offline to clean the VFDs as part of the constructions and preventative maintenance plan.

Services Impacted:  Supply and exhaust air will be offline during this time.

Building(s) Affected:  Huestis, Willamette, Carson, Streisinger, University Health Services, Klamath, Lewis Integrative Science Building, Deschutes

Scope:  Cellular services provided by Verizon and AT&T will be limited for two weeks as the distributed antennae system is installed on the penthouse of Huestis Hall.

Services Impacted:  Cellular coverage in the vicinity will be spotty.

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  McKenzie Hall rooms 101, 101A, 201, 214, 215, 221, L300, 471-476

Scope:  Electrical shutdown associated with remodel work taking place in rooms 101/101A. Existing electrical panel in room 101A is impacted by the work. A tie-in to new electrical panel is required, as well as relocation of an existing J-box.

Services Impacted:  Electricity will be affected in only the rooms as listed below:

Referencing attached panel line-diagram and panel circuit directories:
– Room 201 outlets
– Room 214 outlets and track lighting
– Room 215 outlets
– Room 221 outlets
– Lobby 300 outlets
– 4th Level South (Rooms 471-476) outlets

Special Instructions:  Please shut down and unplug all multi-function copier devices as well as any printers during scheduled power outages. UO MCKen 101 One line&Panel Sch

Begin:  Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 8:00 am

End:      Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 3:00 pm

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Lot 2 (south of CPFM Warehouse) Spaces 48 and 87

Scope:  To vac up and then delete a lateral irrigation line that is currently leaking under the asphalt in the parking lot, the vac truck will need to utilize two parking spaces.

Services Impacted:  Slots 48 and 87 will be unavailable during this time.
