End:      Saturday, September 10^th, September 24^th, 2022 at 4:00 pm

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Huestis Hall Basement and Lokey Labs

Scope:  Permanent shutdown of Huestis main distribution panel (MDP) to allow buildout of new construction equipment. Re-distribute power to 2N2A, BN-7, Construction temp power, and OC-2 loads from 3) new 600A fused switches to be located in transformer vault behind MDP. – see attachments

Services Impacted:  Normal power will not be available during this shutdown. Standby power will not be affected.

Special Instructions:  Please shut down and unplug all multi-function copier devices as well as any printers during scheduled power outages. The software on these machines can be negatively affected due to the power surge when the power is turned back on.  A power surge can corrupt the clone files in the machines and change preconfigured settings.

Building and Area:  Huestis

Scope: As part of the Huestis Renovation Project, Willamette AHU-2 will be shut down on Saturday for 8 ½ hours.

Services Impacted:  This shutdown will affect air supply and exhaust in Huestis suite 34 and provide new temporary exhaust for Huestis Suite 34, restrooms, and room 11.
