Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted:  Clinical Services Building Room 145

Scope:  A new sound booth will be delivered to room 145.

Services Impacted:

• A portion of lot 19, on the north side of the building, will be blocked off for the delivery.

• Building occupants will hear construction sounds emanating from room 145 while this is assembled.
• No building utilities will be affected and workers will access building from north parking lot.

Scope:  Each HVAC unit will be shut down for approximately ½ – 1 day during the timeframe indicated to perform cleaning. This is part of the wildfire insurance response project.  Apologies for the short notice.

Services Impacted:  This will impact the main building air and should not affect mini-splits and local temperature control units.

Note:  Fume hood sashes will need to be closed and containers within the fume hoods sealed prior to the shutdown.
