Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted:  EMU Green, Amphitheater north of Beall Concert Hall, Music Courtyard, Parking Lot 29A

Scope:  Due to the installation of a 40′ x 100′ tent and decking at the EMU Green, there will be light construction traffic in and around the green, plus overnight storage in parking lot 29A (south of the EMU). In addition, the installation of a 30′ x 45′ tent at the amphitheater, to the north of Beall Concert Hall, will also see construction activity.

Services Impacted:  Neither project should hinder access to either building.

Extra Notes:  During this time, the heaters and walls will be removed from the Frohnmayer courtyard.

Scope:  Fume hoods will be shut down in order to update the program logic in the BAS system. This will allow us to better maintain negative pressure in the exhaust system during Lead/Lag changeover.

Services Impacted: All fume hoods will be offline.

Special Instructions: Fume hood sashes will need to be closed and containers within the fume hoods sealed prior to this date.

Extra Notes:  The Otis elevator technician has been dispatched.  A second notification will be sent out once elevator services are restored.
