Building Occupants,

On Wednesday, April 5th, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, annual building preventative maintenance for Mac Court will be performed to service all air handling equipment, supply and exhaust fans.

Supply and exhaust air (including restrooms) may be intermittent throughout the day.

Work will be performed by CPFM’s Zone A.

Building Occupants,

April 4 – 7, 2017, our contractor Mckinstry will be working in the buildings identified on the map below (highlighted in purple).  The impact on building occupants will be minimal.  Intermittent brief shutdowns of individual HVAC equipment is to be expected while technicians confirm functions and test units.  This is part of the CPFM Facilities Services routine maintenance program.  This notice is to inform you of their presence in the buildings.
