UPDATE:
The elevator was restored to service.

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Oregon Hall

Scope:  The west elevator is down to for emergency repairs to the counterweight system.  An update will be sent when it has been returned to service.

Services Impacted:  Elevator #1 (west) is offline.  Please use elevator #2 (east), which is next to it. (see map below)

Special Instructions:  If you have concerns about accessing your workplace when elevator services are impacted, please contact your supervisor to find an appropriate accommodation.

Scope:  AHU-1 will be shut down for repairs affecting the heat in the rooms listed below.

Services Impacted:

  • The rooms in southwest/south center of all four floors and basement will be affected with minimal heat.  These include 43-45, 61,62, 76-78, 150,160-162, 176-178, 250, 251, 251A, 251B, 261, 262, 275-277, 350, 361, 362, 375-377, 450, 450A, 450B, 461,462, 470, 472 (see attached or diagram below).
  • Please plan to dress accordingly
