Scope:  To increase electrical redundancy to the buildings listed, there will be a short, 20-minute shutdown of electrical service to perform work related to this effort. The work will be performed in the early morning, so as not to interrupt your operations, but please prepare as you have before to ensure this goes well for all parties.  We greatly appreciate your support and understanding as we work through this project.

Services Impacted:  This will affect everything that is on the main electrical system.

Special Instructions:  Please shut down and unplug all multi-function copier devices as well as any printers during scheduled power outages. The software on these machines can be negatively affected due to the power surge when the power is turned back on.  A power surge can corrupt the clone files in the machines and change preconfigured settings.  For questions, please contact Kati Kronholm at 541-346-5370 or katik@uoregon.edu.  For non-copier questions, please reach out to the contact person listed below.

Special Instructions:  If you have concerns about accessing your workplace when elevator services are impacted, please contact your supervisor to find an appropriate accommodation.
