2/17/25 McArthur Court Emergency Steam Heat Shutdown

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  McArthur Court

Scope:  Steam will be shut down for an emergency repair of a leaking pipe.

Services Impacted:  Heating will be offline for the entire building.

Special Instructions:  Plan to dress accordingly.

Work Performed By:  CPFM Plumbing and Mechanical Shops

2/27/25 Huestis Hall and Klamath Hall Building Automation System Controllers Update

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:

Scope:  Due to updates required in the building automation system controllers, select systems will offline for 10-30 minutes until the controller restarts.

Services Impacted:

  • Huestis Hall:  Chilled water system, Heating water system, domestic/industrial/tepid water systems
  • Klamath Hall:  Building lab exhaust fans/fume hoods, 3rd floor Air handling units, 3rd floor Heating water system

Special Instructions for Klamath Hall:  Fume hood sashes should be closed and containers within the fume hoods sealed prior to this date.
