12/19/24 – 12/20/24 East 13th Avenue Sidewalk (Portion by Columbia Hall) Closure

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Columbia Hall Sidewalk (next to E. 13th Ave.)

Scope:  A portion of sidewalk at the SE corner of Columbia Hall will be closed to allow the installation of a feeder cable into the tunnel.  Photo below shows the closure area.

Services Impacted:  Sidewalk access will be affected during this time.

12/16/24 – 12/17/24 Prince Lucien Campbell Emergency Heating Water Shutdown

UPDATE:
Service has been restored.

 

Begin:  Monday, December 16, 2024 – effective immediately

End:      Unknown  Tuesday, December 17, 2024

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Prince Lucien Campbell

Scope:  The heating water pump is currently offline for an emergency repair.  Parts have been ordered and are expected to arrive this Thursday.

Services Impacted:  This will affect the building heat in various parts of the building.  Outside temperatures are expected to be in the mid-50s this week.  Please plan on dressing accordingly.

12/26/24 – 12/31/24 – 1715 Franklin “Quiet Period” Door Schedule

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  1715 Franklin

Scope:  The east entrance to 1715 Franklin will be locked (still available with keycard access) during the quiet period.

Services Impacted:  We’re not expecting any outside traffic during this time, and reception won’t be staffed.  If anyone is expecting visitors, they’ll need to let them in if they don’t already have card access.
