Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  HEDCO Parking Garage

Scope:  We have a Vac truck coming on the morning of August 26^th to clean out an oil water separator tank so we can access and do maintenance on some pumps.

Services Impacted:

• Parking stalls 1-13 will be coned off and caution tape installed Friday evening (see highlighted area in the diagram below).
• Monday at 6:00 am the truck will roll out hose and clean out the tank.
• The stalls will be available to use by 8:30 am after the truck leaves.

Scope:  TVA Architects and design sub-consultants will be conducting an onsite assessment of the existing conditions of Friendly Hall.

Services Impacted:

• This involves physical measurements of spaces, documenting materials, and visual inspections of the interior and exterior conditions.
• Expect about 20 individuals onsite during this time.
