The elevator has been repaired and is operational

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Baker Passenger Elevator

Scope:  The passenger elevator has been shut down for repairs.  Hoping to have the parts available tomorrow.

Services Impacted:  The elevator will be offline during this time.

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Lillis East Elevator

Scope:  The east elevator will be down for the evening.  Repairs will be made in the morning.

Services Impacted:  The east elevator will be unavailable.

Special Instructions:  Please use the other elevators located in the atrium or next to Peterson.

8/29/22 CPFM Warehouse Design & Construction Door Repair Advisory

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  CPFM Warehouse/Shops

Scope:  Facilities will be repairing the south entry double doors to the CPFM D&C Offices stairway, shown by the red X, which will render them inoperable throughout the day.  Alternate entry points are shown in green (see pic below).

Services Impacted:

  • The south stairway entrance to D&C will be closed but the SW stairway entrance will be open.
  • There will be some general construction noise (grinding, mainly) along with some sealant work to follow, so some unfamiliar odors may be present as well.

Special Instructions:  For those who bike in, or require use of the elevator, the southwest entry will be your closest entry point to the interior racks/elevator.
