Buildings or Areas Impacted:  Gerlinger Hall and Clinical Services

Scope:  Change in garbage dumpsters

The Gerlinger Hall 2cy garbage dumpster will be replaced with three (3) 95 gallon roll-carts effective 12/1/20.  The service schedule will remain the same for garbage collection.

The Clinical Services Building 2cy garbage dumpster will be replaced with three (3) 95 gallon roll-carts effective 12/1/20.  The service schedule will remain the same for garbage collection.

Student Rec Center, Student Tennis Center, Esslinger Electrical Shutdown 12/15/20

Begin:  Tuesday, December 15th, 2020 at 8:30 am

End:      Tuesday, December 15th, 2020 at 5:00 pm

Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted:  Student Recreation Center, Student Tennis Center, Esslinger

Scope:  The normal 1500kva transformer has had several failed oil sample analysis.  The transformer will be shut down for 8.5 hours while the  contractor will processes the oil.

Services Impacted:  Student Rec Center, the Student Tennis Center, and Esslinger will be without power.

Special Instructions:  Please shut down all multi-function copier devices, as well as any printers during scheduled power outages. The software on these machines can be negatively affected due to the power surge when power is turned back on.  A power surge can corrupt the clone files in the machines and can change preconfigured settings.

Knight Library Electrical Standby System Shutdown 12/14/20 – 12/15/20

Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted:  Knight Library

Scope:  The library’s standby transformer has had several negative oil samples. The transformer will be de-energized to pull a 3rd party oil sample.

Services Impacted:  Normal power will remain energized.  Only the standby transformer system will be shut down.
