Services Impacted:  The staircase is closed except for emergency exiting only.

Special Instructions:  A sign has been placed and an alternate exit map posted on the door.

Oregon Hall North Lawn Vault Work and Parking Advisory 2/17/22

Scope:  Due to work in the large underground vault in the lawn north of the building, vehicles may be parked on the sidewalk near the vault. The sidewalk will remain open. The work has to do with pump repair. The pumps keep rain water from entering the Oregon Hall basement data center.

Services Impacted:  Short periods of sidewalk parking, near the vault, on the north side of the building.

Components that are vulnerable to cold temps are planned to be staged in the CPFM Warehouse (Bldg. 130).

Esslinger Hall Electrical Shutdown 2/26/22

Scope:  Contractors will shut down power to Panels C1 and C2 to terminate 8 circuits and re-feed additional circuits for rooms 112 and 116.

Services Impacted:  Power will be offline on the first floor and possibly affect some circuits in the basement level.

Special Instructions:  Please shut down and unplug all multi-function copier devices as well as any printers during scheduled power outages. The software on these machines can be negatively affected due to the power surge when the power is turned back on.  A power surge can corrupt the clone files in the machines and change preconfigured settings.

Repairs have been completed on the South elevator.

The elevator is running again. There is an intermittent issue with the door closing but it automatically resets itself.
