The parts arrived and the elevator has been restored to service.

We are still waiting for parts to arrive. The supervisor for Otis is reaching back out to the manufacturer for an ETA.

Scope: Elevator #1 has been offline due to reoccurring issues. Otis has been troubleshooting the problem with the manufacturer and are awaiting parts to finish work on the motion sensor. An update will be sent when service has been restored.
Services Impacted: Elevator E150 is currently out-of-order. Please use the adjacent elevator.
Special Instructions: If you have concerns about accessing your workplace when elevator services are impacted, please contact your supervisor to find an appropriate accommodation.
