4/08/23 Klamath, LISB, Onyx, Lokey Labs Nitrogen Tank Maintenance and Upgrades

Contractors will be performing maintenance and upgrades on the large Onyx Nitrogen tank this Saturday 4/8/2023. In preparation for this work, we have bypassed the gas supply from the large tank with two smaller pressure building vessels. The reason for the bypass is to allow the system to settle and de-ice. Over the next two days the house nitrogen lines may experience short drops in pressure.

Please alert the following groups if the issue occurs during the indicated times:

Once the proper contact is alerted, the issue can be fixed within 20 minutes.

4/07/23 Huestis Basement Emergency HVAC Air Supply and Exhaust Shutdown

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Huestis Basement

Scope:  There is an emergency shutdown required tomorrow on the Willamette AHU 2 fan supplying the Huestis basement and Huestis basement AHU 1 & 2 and LEF 1 & 2 to allow for cleaning the VFDs.

Services Impacted:  This will affect the HVAC Air Supply and Exhaust.

Scope:  Riverfront Parkway south-bound at Millrace Drive will be shutdown per attached detour plan.  Work is to pothole and locate EWEB utility main lines for protection during construction.
