11/12/24 – 11/22/24 Clinical Services Ducting Replacement Advisory

Begin:  Tuesday, November 12, 2024

End:      Friday, November 22, 2024

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Clinical Service Building

Scope:  The ducting is being replaced in the building and foundation area due to it failing and leaking.  This has made it impossible to balance the air flow.  There will be partial heat outages as they progress through the replacements.

Services Impacted:

  • Rooms affected in the basement are 01, 01A, 01B, 01D, 01E, 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, 08, AND 09. For the first and second floor it is everything east of the staircase.
  • Heat may be out to the different rooms as they remove and replace each section of the ducting.
  • Plan on bringing additional warm outerwear.  Heat will still be on to the rest of the building, so it shouldn’t be too bad if doors are left open.
