1/29/25 – Unknown Frohnmayer Music Building Emergency AHU-1 Shutdown

UPDATE:  An electrical panel will be shutdown today 1/30/25 at 1:00 pm for 2 hours to replace a breaker for AHU-1.  The panel also serves AHU-2 which will shutdown heating to the following additional spaces for 2 hours. Rooms 105, 109, 118,120, 203, 205, 207, Vestibule V220, and Lobby L120.

Services Impacted:  All rooms on the first and second floors represented on the maps below are served by AHU-1 and can expect the heat to be affected by this shutdown.  An update will be sent out when the equipment is back online.

  • Users of the building may notice small red and white targets set in various locations inside and outside of the building.

Services Impacted:  The CPFM Custodial Services staff are responsible for manually locking and unlocking the non-AMAG proxy exterior building doors on the main academic campus.

Until Monday, September 23, 2024, all non-card access exterior doors will remain locked 24 hours a day.

AMAG proxy access to buildings will not be impacted.  AMAG doors will remain open during their regularly scheduled hours and accessible via the card reader system afterhours.
