6/13/22 Huestis Lokey Labs RO Water Shutdown – Rescheduled from 6/10/22

Begin:  Friday, June 10th, 2022 at 8:00 am – Monday, June 13th

End:  Friday, June 10th, 2022 at 4:00 pm – Monday, June 13th

Buildings Affected:  Huestis and Lokey Labs

Scope:  As part of the Huestis Renovation Project, RO water will be shutdown to Huestis and Lokey Labs for approximately 8 hours.

Services Impacted:  RO water will be offline during this time.

6/8/22 – 6/9/22 Lokey Labs Domestic Water Outage

Scope:  It was brought to our attention late yesterday that the domestic water was offline for Lokey Labs.  Crews have now restored the water and it is operational.

6/6-6/8 Streisinger, Huestis, Willamette and Lokey Labs Chilled Water Shutdown

Scope:  Due to the installation of a flow meter, valve, and repair corroded piping, the chilled water will be shut down. Process cooling will be on a backup cooling water during the shutdown.

Services Impacted:
• Chilled water will be off at this time
• Work in the utility tunnel accessed from Huestis 006A and Streisinger 083A.

Services Impacted:  The sidewalk on the north side of the Athletic Turf Field between Hayward Field and the Student Rec Center will be closed

Scope:  A contractor will be replacing the sidewalk concrete on the north side of 13th Avenue, in front of Willamette Hall.

Services Impacted:  Sidewalk access on the north side of the street will be affected.  Please use the sidewalk on the south side.

Scope:  AMAG card readers have been installed on the doors between Lawrence Hall and Pacific Hall.  They will be unlocked during normal business hours.
