Strategic planning is an organizational management activity that is used to set priorities, focus, resources,  and strengthen operations.  The planning works to make an agreement on the desired results and what to change should an issue arise. It’s an effort that makes decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organization is, who it serves, what it does, and why it does it, focusing on the future.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) refers to practices and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving relationships, retention and driving sales. They are designed to track information between the customer and business, such as the companies website, mail, email, social media, phone, and marketing materials.  The systems can also give customer service staff a  information on the customer’s preferences and habits.
