Peterson Hall and Ansett Hall will also lose power on Wednesday, July 30th, between 6:00 am and 10:00 am, but Chiles Hall will not be affected.
UPDATE for 7/30/25:
On Wednesday, July 30th, from 6:00 am to 10:00 am, Sunset Electric needs to shut down the normal power electrical panel for the Lillis building.
- This will impact the normal power feed for the entire building.
- Emergency and standby power will not be impacted.
Please shut down and unplug all multi-function copier devices as well as any printers during scheduled power outages. The software on these machines can be negatively affected due to the power surge when the power is turned back on. Scope: Renovation of custodial space in the basement of Lillis Hall.
Services Impacted:
- The contractor will utilize the courtyard and entrance between Chiles and Peterson and the west elevator during the duration of the project.
- Noise and associated construction activity is to be expected.
