Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted: Esslinger Hall – Rooms 112, 116, 122, 160, 156A, and 166.
Scope: Due to the Huestis deferred maintenance project, selective areas within Esslinger Hall will be under construction to provide “surge” space for those displaced out of Huestis Hall.
Services Impacted:
- The noisiest activities will occur before 8am or after 5pm, but general construction activity will be occurring during business hours, through May of 2022.
- Areas that will be affected are domestic hot and cold water, electrical, exhaust, fire alarm systems, and the HVAC air supply.
- Updates to this notice will be submitted for specific activities that may have a further impact on building users.
