Scope: To investigate and repair a roof leak in the building atrium/lightwell, a contractor will be removing, reworking, and reinstalling some of the siding on the roof. All work will be completed on the exterior of the building and is expected to take approximately 2-3 weeks.
Services Impacted:
- There will be a boom lift staged in the loading area of the building.
- Disruption to building occupants will be very low.
