I look forward to meeting you when the term starts next week. Sadly, I will not be able to make it to the orientation luncheon this Thursday and introduce myself and give a brief overview of my courses. Second year students can certainly give you the skinny on what I teach.
I use my instructional blog almost exclusively for communication regarding my courses. I use email, other digital social tools, and Web 2.0 apps extensively as well to push and pull timely and important information. I do “Tweet” when I remember too, and you can follow posts my Twitter account specifically for this class – handle is “DesignPreso”. My personal Twitter handle is “edgerider”.
If you have questions about the course, computers, software, etc., be sure to ask me next Tuesday or get hold of me beforehand.
