12/04/25 and 12/15/25 Lot 61 (North of 1776 Millrace) Tree Removal and Parking Access Advisory

UPDATE 12/10/25:
Sperry Tree Care will be onsite Monday, December 15th from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, to perform stump grinding from the tree that was recently removed.

To complete the project in a timely and safe manner, parking spaces 1-4 and 77-81 will be closed during the project.  Noise should be expected during this time.

Begin:  Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 8:00 am

End:      Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 2:00 pm

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  1776 Millrace Drive, Lot 61 parking spaces 1-4 and 77-81, and the sidewalks at the NW corner of the building

Scope:  Sperry Tree Care will be onsite to remove the tree that was damaged by a vendor. Due to the extent of damage, the tree needs to be removed. Sperry Tree Care will cut down the tree and grind the stump.

Services Impacted:

  • To complete the project in a timely and safe manner, parking spaces 1-4 and 77-81 will be closed during the project.
  • The sidewalk around the project area will also be closed during the project. (See map below)
  • Noise is to be expected as chain saws and other loud equipment will be used.
