Scope: A necessary BAS System Firmware Flash is required to resolve MSTP communications issues on the BAS System. This Firmware update will require a re-start of the BAS panel processor and result in all HVAC equipment being off line during the Firmware upload and system re-start. The entire process should take less than 1 hour.
Services Impacted: This emergency HVAC shutdown will affect the entire building’s cooling, exhaust, fume hoods, and HVAC air supply.
Special Instructions: Please close all fume hood sashes the evening before, on Tuesday, September 22nd.
