UPDATE:
We apologize for this late notice, but we just received notification that this work will take place tomorrow morning. The crane will be staged on Kincaid Street around 6:30 or 7:00 am. The sidewalk and exit will be blocked off and the contractor will be on site redirecting people. Work is expected to be completed by 12:00 noon.
UPDATE:
The equipment replacement at Condon has been delayed. Once the contractor can confirm materials are in place, the date will be reset. Facilities Services expects this to be the week of June 12th. The specific date will be shared once we hear from the contractor.

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected: Condon Hall
Scope: Work will be occurring on the roof of Condon to replace a failed cooling unit beginning Monday, June 5th Tuesday, June 13th. On the following day, crane work will take place on East 13th Avenue, on Kincaid Street, next to Condon, to remove old equipment and install a new unit.
Services Impacted:
- This will affect the HVAC air supply.
- 13th Avenue will be partially blocked during this time. The sidewalk on Kincaid will be blocked off.
