Scope: The carpet will be replaced in the hallway areas of the 3rd floor south wing. Due to asbestos containing materials, removal of existing carpet will require containment and abatement procedures that will prohibit access to the area, including adjoining offices, for the duration of the project.
Services Impacted:
- Carpet will be replaced in corridors and open areas only: H301, H375, L338, L328, L318 and L300.
- The adjoining offices in the area will be inaccessible during the demolition and abatement phase of the project, which is expected to last 2 to 3 weeks. Occupants of these offices will need to make other arrangements for work space during this time.
- The restrooms and lactation room will also be inaccessible during demolition and abatement.
