Building(s) or Area(s) Affected: 13th Avenue roadway and sidewalks between Willamette Hall and Deschutes Hall
Scope: As part of the Huestis Hall Renovation project, the contractor will be installing a crane and receiving multiple large equipment deliveries between February 11 and February 18. Flaggers will be onsite during all activities.
Expect delays on 13th Ave between Willamette and Deschutes Hall during these times:
- Saturday, February 11 – 8:00 am – 10:00 am Crane delivery and installation
- Monday, February 13 – small deliveries throughout the day
- Tuesday, February 14 – Small deliveries throughout the day
- Wednesday, February 15 – 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Large Equipment deliveries
- Thursday, February 16 – smaller deliveries throughout the day
- Friday, February 17 – smaller deliveries throughout the day
- Saturday, February 18 – 8:00 am – 10:00 am Crane demobilization and removal
Services Impacted: This will affect access to the 13th Avenue roadway and sidewalk, thus impacting Huestis, Willamette, Carson, Deschutes, EMU, Transportation Services, UOPD, CPFM, and SRS.
