Weather advisory from the National Weather Service for the South Willamette Valley

740 AM PST Tue Dec 14 2021

...ICY ROADS TO IMPACT THE MORNING COMMUTE...

Freezing air temperatures and some freezing road temperatures may
allow black ice to form on those colder surfaces, especially on
bridges and overpasses. Temperatures should warm above freezing
by late morning. Additionally, fog, with patchy visibility below
one-quarter mile, will limit visibility of the road ahead and
could result in additional ice on surfaces. Temperatures should
warm above freezing by mid-morning.
