I think the picture I post can be regarded as an artwork, because that contains lots of elements, it’s beautiful, special, and creatively. In the week 3 article,the author states that art is “as normal as natural as language, sex, sociability, aggression, or any of the other characteristics of human nature”(Dissanayake,p.15). I’m totally agreeing this opinion, because I think our life is full of art. I think our lives are filled with art everywhere, whether it is human physical and verbal or the beautiful natural scenery. Otherwise, this picture also can bring the inspiration for the readers, because all of those images are derive from humans’ life.

In the TED video “Laws That Choke Creativity”, the speaker Larry Lessig introduced three examples to support his main idea; they are talking machine, celestial copyrights and the ASCAP cartel. I start to think about the importance of the copyright in the model society after I watched that video. In my opinion, the copyright is good for protecting the original creators’ works, such as authors’, artists’ and musicians’. Because the copyright law can keep creators’ rights, this law should be keep and carry out. Otherwise the value of copyright law is that is benefit for creators to avoid others plagiarize their works, and encourage more people to create more special inventions for the world. However, maybe someone would say that copyright limits people’s creativities. To some extent, it will limit some people to mix something together, like some musicians, they like to mix several songs together to make that become a new song, that’s awesome! So if the copyright law is carry out strict that means they are not free to use others music. In my view about the copyright is that current copyright regulations should be strengthened. Because even people know that they cannot copy others’ music or articles, there still lots of people do not comply with the law, they do not stop plagiarizing others’ works. For example, in China, there are lots of people make the pirated DVDs and pirated books selling in some store, and they use that to earn money. I think the government should punish them, but no one comes to their stores to tell the sellers should stop selling those pirated things. So, I support that copyright should be strengthened to let people know the importance of the original copyright, and make more people realize that plagiarize is bad for the original creators, they should stop doing that.
