UPDATE 9/08/25:
Today, until 5:00 pm, work is continuing in Earl Hall on the north end of McClure Tower and the green space on the NE corner of Earl Hall.
Essex Construction will be performing air infiltration on the newly installed windows on the north side of Earl Hall on the second and third floors.
Access to McClure Hall on the north side of the building will be closed.
Begin: Friday, September 5, 2025, at 8:00 am
End: Wednesday, September 5 10, 2025, at 5:00 pm
Building(s) or Area(s) Affected: Earl Hall’s McClure and Morton towers
Scope: A contractor will be conducting water infiltration testing on the new windows at the McClure and Morton Towers at Earl Hall.
Services Impacted: The work will be low impact but will involve two trucks and a lift on the northeast lawn and will affect access to the building.
