6/10/25 Computing Center and McKenzie Hall Chilled Water Shutdown

Begin:  Thursday, June 5  Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 8:00 am

End:      Thursday, June 5  Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 12:00 noon

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  McKenzie Hall and Computing Center

Scope:  The chilled water that feeds McKenzie Hall will be shut down to install a new valve coming from Villard Hall.

Services Impacted:

  • Chilled water to McKenzie Hall and Computing Center will be temporarily shut off to install a new valve.
  • Chilled water will be down for 2-4 hours affecting the building’s cooling system.
  • Arrangements are being made with Computing Center to initiate backup chilled water for the down time, along mitigating air intrusion.
