Scope: Contractors will be working in the building to apply sealant to exhaust air duct connections and add acoustic wrapping to the exhaust air valves.
Services Impacted:
- Contractors will be in open labs, classrooms and hallways working overhead on ladders.
- Owner’s Rep will reach out directly to occupants with additional details regarding access or impacted areas, as necessary.
- The air system will not be affected during this work.
