A second coat of sealant needed to be used on the leak. The AHU unit is expected to be returned to service around 12:00 noon today.

Scope: Due to a leak in the seam of the AHU-3 unit on Friday, repair work has been taking place today. They are hoping to finish it this afternoon. An update will be sent when services have been restored.
Services Impacted: Cooling will be affected on the 3rd and 4th floors east side of the building.
