Building(s) or Area(s) Affected: University Hall and Villard Hall
Scope: For the “Heritage Project” (University and Villard Halls), our General Contractor (Fortis) will be performing some very light selective demolition within both buildings. This will range from drilling some small holes, to opening up some larger areas in walls and floors to assess and document existing conditions. EH&S has approved the assessment locations. All areas will be covered and safe immediately after each task takes place.
Services Impacted: Light construction in these locations:
- University Hall – General public areas, hallways, and room 012, and 011A
- Villard Hall – Basement hallway (003), Pocket Playhouse (024), and storage room (011)
