Scope: The steam will be shut down in order to remove a leaking section in the 8-inch main utility steam pipe. A new pipe piece and new 8 inch valve will be installed by a contractor. A generator and welder will be used above the utility tunnel maintenance hatch to repair the steam pipe.
Services Impacted: The steam heat will off-line during this time.
