PUBLIC MAKER SPACE AND COMMERCIAL PLACE IN A PARK

So the idea here is to make this place a public green park and also market place to help active this whole area and join people nearby together to make an interesting community.

Covered by green space, classes are happening half underground. This helps to avoid disturbing by people hanging out in the parks and also give easy access to public.

The maker space will be isolated at a lower level. Giving it more privacy to help people there concentrate and also stop these noises from influence classes or citizens outside.

Commercial space is placing on the other side of the site. Serving the class and people nearby. Accessible green roof on the top.

Two underground corridors (grey areas on 1st picture) were built on the north and south side of the site to help people nearby accessing more easily. And expanding the area facing public. Also make it more pedestrian friendly.
