I am a Junior in the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon. This is my second term in the business school. I have not decided on a concentration yet because I want to see what I like as I move through the core business classes. I am considering finance and marketing. I am also working on an English minor. After college, I would like to get a job that has a lot of room for upward mobility. It is important to me that I can learn and grow throughout my career because my ultimate goal is to start my own business. To do this, I will have to learn a wide range of skills.
This Eportfolio is designed to show the growth and knowledge I have gained thus far as a business student, especially in BA 352, Business Leadership and Communications. It shows my strengths and my weaknesses, as well as what I am currently working to improve on. The Eportfolio is divided into four sections to demonstrate my understanding of leadership, my teamwork skills, my emotional intelligence, and my skills in professional communication.
