Bowing as the Queen in Phillip Hagemann’s “Dark Lady of the Sonnet”
I wrote a blog post “Singing for the Arts” for the Emerging Leaders in the Arts Network here at the University of Oregon last spring, and I find it to summarize my journey to my present existence better than any writing I’ve done about it thus far. I wanted to post it here because it is one of the most personal reflections I have done, as well as one that synthesizes everything I so strongly believe in into my story.
