Learning Objectives
In this course, I hope to:
1. Learn about the historical context surrounding arts learning policies outside of a formalized learning environment in order to understand its current place.
2. Become familiar with research methods and best practices for arts learning in order to understand what works and what doesn’t.
3. Explore the ways in which technology is influencing art learning and how best to use technology to my advantage as an arts administrator.
4. Learn about the structures in place that prevent or stagnate growth in the field.
5. Use this course as an opportunity to utilize my ePortfolio as a tool for critical analysis.
