Scope: The fan motor speed controller failed on AHU-4 over the weekend. The 4th floor fan will be down until it can be replaced. The timeline is unknown at this point. An update will be sent when it has been restored to service.
Services Impacted: This affects the heating and cooling to the whole 4th floor.
