Scope: Due to a failed weld on a 60 psi steam pipe, steam heat will be shut down for emergency repairs.
Services Impacted: Work will take place under the basement mechanical room B045. There may be a slight welding odor at times.
Special Instructions: Please plan to dress accordingly.
