UPDATE:
The fans have been repaired and service has been restored.

 

Begin:  Wednesday, January 8, 2025 – effective immediately

End:      Wednesday, January 8, 2025 – expected by end of day

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Pacific Hall

Scope:  Emergency fume hood shutdown due to issues with LEF Fans #1 and #2.

Services Impacted:  Fume hoods are offline at this time.

Special Instructions:  Fume hood sashes should be closed and containers within the fume hoods sealed.

1/15/25 – 1/16/25 North Campus Compressed Air Shutdown

Begin:  Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 5:00 pm

End:      Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 1:00 am

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Fine Arts Studios & Woodshop, Zebrafish International Resource Center, Greenhouses, Knight Campus Building 1, and Campus Planning & Facilities Management Warehouse

Scope:  The central compressed air utility within the tunnel system will be shut down to make new piping connections for Knight Campus Building 2.

Services Impacted:  Compressed air will be offline during this time.
